Delivery

All Buckfast queens are shipped and delivered in Nicot plastic cages. The cage is a combined shipment and introduction cage. All queens are shipped by courier to guarantee delivery as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for shipments to inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or shipments where the courier are unable to deliver the package. Any specific arrangements regarding your shipmet can be noted in your order sheet.

Do not hesitate to get in contact if you have any wishes or questions regarding delivery and shipment.

We would like to ship all orders according to our customer’s wishes. However, please note that the demand for queens early in the season, and our continued production throughout the entire season, means our shipment policy is on first order – first delivery basis. To ensure queens are delivered within weekdays, our preferred shipping day is Monday.

Typical Delivery Time:

• Northern Europe 1-3 Days.
• Southern Europe 3-4 Days.
• Overseas shipment 3-5 Days.
• Day to day delivery can also be arranged.
