When you place an order with Buckfast Denmark, we will send you an email to confirm your order with us, giving all the details (order confirmation).
\nThis order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of your order; it is meant to inform you that we have received your order.\n4. Claim & Returns<\/h3>\n
Our return guarantee entitles of any problems you may have encountered with the delivery of your queen within two days of having received her. We have a high regard for our products, as living creatures, and strongly recommend that you open the package and check the contents the day it is received. If any problems are identified with the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can advise you on any further action that may be taken. Please inform us about periods where you are not able to receive the ordered shipment, as Buckfast Denmark cannot be held responsible for shipments which cannot be delivered.<\/p>\n

4.1. Receiving a Claim<\/h3>\n
Should you file a claim, we will fully consider your explanation and replace your queen on our terms. Larger shipments will not be replaced if we consider the claim as a breach of our ethical terms of fair business or in case of repetition. The deadline for filing a claim is 30 days from the date of dispatch.<\/p>\n
4.2. Return and withdrawal<\/h3>\n
As live queen bees are a very special product, there is no return or withdrawal options for B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business) customers.<\/p>\n
5. Prices and shipping cost<\/h3>\n
The prices mentioned on the product sites include VAT within the EU. Mandatory shipping by courier is charged separately on each order. Additional shipping costs related to international and overseas shipments will be charged separately as well as costs related to export health certificates and other export documents.<\/p>\n
6. Delivery<\/h3>\n
Your queens will normally arrive within 3 to 4 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery is provided by courier service. All customers will be notified about shipment and estimated delivery by e-mail at least 24 hours prior to shipment. Buckfast Denmark is not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses or e-mail addresses provided by the customer in the order form.<\/p>\n
7. Customs and import charges<\/h3>\n
Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you as the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as the costs are dictated by your respective customs departments, but we are aware that customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To our knowledge, there is no custom to be paid for Buckfast Queens from Denmark.<\/p>\n
8. Payment<\/h3>\n
All orders must be prepaid by Credit Card when the order is completed. Any other means of payment must be agreed in writing by Buckfast Denmark.<\/p>\n
8.1 Refund<\/h3>\n
If you are entitled to a refund for an indisputable claim, and this is accepted by Buckfast DK, you will receive a confirmation in writing.<\/p>\n
9. Reservation of proprietary rights<\/h3>\n
All goods will remain the property of Buckfast DK until they have been fully paid for.<\/p>\n
10. Liability for defects<\/h3>\nIf any purchased Buckfast Queen shows a defect, the customer can apply for a replacement through our customer service department. Buckfast DK is not liable for any damages or queen losses after the goods have been received by the customer or losses\/damages caused during the introduction of the queen. Buckfast DK is not liable for lost profit or other financial losses of the customer if the Buckfast Denmark items are damaged in the post or delayed or lost in the postal service. To the extent that the liability of Buckfast DK is excluded or limited, this applies also to the personal liability of employees, representatives and assistants.
\nThe aforementioned liability limitation does not apply, if the cause of the damage is due to deliberate intention or culpable negligence or in the case of personal injury or incorrect handling and the introduction of the Buckfast Queen.\n10.1 Errors<\/h3>\n
We accept no liability for errors in text and prices.<\/p>\n
11. Enquiry processing and usage of personal information of our customers<\/h3>\nInformation we receive from our customers as a result of orders and communications helps us to design a personal shopping experience and improve our service. We use this information for the handling of orders, delivery of goods and the execution of services as well as the handling of payment.
